MLB Fans Are In Utter Shock Over Bobby Miller’s Ridiculous Change Up That Broke 2 Feet And Is Impossible To Hit (VIDEO)

Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Bobby Miller throws a nasty changeup against a Cardinals batter.

The Los Angeles Dodgers have had a ton of elite pitchers come up through their system over the past decade or so, and it’s looking like Bobby Miller is just the latest gem to enter their rotation.

The 24-year-old made his season debut at home against the St. Louis Cardinals on Friday night, and he showed everyone why he could be a real threat for the NL Cy Young Award this season.

Miller’s full arsenal was on display, but it was his change-up that really caught the attention of baseball fans on social media. Right out of the gate, he was already making Cardinals batters look silly.

In the very first at bat of the entire game, he had Brendan Donovan chasing an 86 mph change-up that started down the plate before breaking a solid two feet to the outside. Donovan didn’t stand a chance.

Bobby Miller remained virtually un-hittable throughout the contest, going six innings and allowing no runs, two hits and one walk while striking out 11 batters. He would earn his first win of 2024 as well, after his Dodgers came away with a 6-3 victory to improve their record to 3-1 on the season.

Can Bobby Miller Win The NL Cy Young Award?

Bobby Miller may only be in his second year, but he’s not being completely overlooked by Vegas when it comes to their odd for this year’s National League Cy Young Award winner.

Following last night’s performance, Miller is tied for the 10th best odds at 22-to-1 on FanDuel (via VegasInsider). Atlanta Braves ace Spencer Strider currently has the lowest odds among all NL pitchers at +380. He was impressive in his season debut as well, going five innings and allowing just three hits and two earned runs while striking out eight in a 9-3 victory over the rival Phillies.
