MODEL Kendall Jenner has fans comparing her to her sister after she wore a Marilyn Monroe costume for Halloween.
The battle of the Marilyns was in full force after Kendall, 27, wore the iconic look after her older sibling Kim Kardashian, 43.

Kim memorably dyed her hair bleached blonde and wore the actress’ gold beaded dress at the 2022 Met Gala, revealing she lost weight to fit into the preserved gown.
However, Kendall chose to pay homage to the Hollywood star herself for this year’s Halloween.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday, the 818 Tequila founder shared photos of herself wearing a short, curly blonde wig.
She had on a flawless face of makeup and wore dangly singer earrings that mimicked Marilyn’s signature look.
For her outfit, The Kardashians star rocked a skintight black turtleneck and white bottoms.
Kendall shared a few photos as she stood in front of a plain white wall, hitting various poses while channeling the blonde bombshell.
“Happy birthday mister president,” she wrote in the caption referring to the Hollywood icon’s performance for President to John F Kennedy at Madison Square Garden in 1962.
In the comments section, fans gave their opinions on which sister they believed rocked the icon’s look better.
WHO’S THE BETTER BLONDE?
“Better than Kim’s Monroe,” one person wrote, to which a second replied: “No kidding. Kim was awful.”
A third joked: “The plot of the 5th season of The Kardashians: Kim is mad because Kendall copied her Marilyn look for the Met Gala.”
“This is the proper way to honor Marilyn,” a fourth jabbed.
Some made digs at Kim wearing Marilyn’s actual dress, with one writing: “At least you’re not wearing the dress.”
“At least she didn’t tear the dress,” another added.
Last year, Kim garnered some negative feedback from fans after squeezing into the expensive and timeless gown.
As the 43-year-old attended the famous fashion event with her boyfriend at the time, Pete Davidson, many believed she lowered the value of the dress.
Taking to Reddit, one person asked: “Does the dress now decrease its (symbolic, economic) value? Because Marilyn not being the last person who’s worn it… Just curious…”
The question led to a mixed bag of responses as one person said at the time: “She definitely cheapens it. This move has me heated, sorry.
“On Marylin it was breathtaking, on this one it’s just another tight dress.”
Another added: “… It probably depends on who the buyer is (if it is auctioned again).
“But for the general public? Yeah, honestly I’d say it kind of loses a bit of its magic and specialness.”
While a third chimed responded: “Yes, 100% it does.”
Kim was also accused of damaging the gown when her butt was seen popping out of a hole in the back as she visited Ripley’s Believe It Or Not in Orlando, Florida, to see the dress before its Met Gala debut.
The museum pulled out the dress just 10 days before the big event, and a room full of people used their strength to get the TV personality into the dress.
However, the dress was unable to fit over the star’s rear end.
The crew was forced to leave the back of the gown open to avoid ripping, exposing Kim’s underwear.
As a result, the Skims founder covered the gaping hole with a vintage white coat.
According to sources, the Hulu star ended up wearing the original dress on the red carpet but quickly changed into a replica afterward for comfort purposes.
Kim’s Met Gala experience was documented on Season 2 of The Kardashians.
