Julia Fox has claimed Kim Kardashian sparked her split from Kanye West by calling her a drug addict.

The actress, 32, who had a one-month romance with West, 46, in January 2022, claims in her memoir Down The Drain that Kardashian, 43, had brought up her previous drug use in a chat with her soon-to-be ex-husband.

Fox has spoken openly about her past battle with drugs before, revealing she had used heroin and suffered from more than one overdose.

Fox revealed the break-up happened immediately after her 32nd birthday in February 2022 per BuzzFeed, saying West had seemed ‘distant and preoccupied’ at her party where he gifted her and her close friends with Birkin handbags.

She claimed the rapper made the women recreate the moment he gave them the bags ‘several times for the cameras’ which left her believing the moment was a ‘publicity stunt.’

Fox said she and West left her soiree to go to a different bash, something she later regretted.

Fox detailed how she text West the next day saying she was ‘no longer having fun in the relationship’ to which he allegedly responded: ‘If you loved me, you would support me.’

Fox said the pair then spoke on the phone ‘one last time’ and writes: ‘He tells me he had a good conversation with his soon-to-be-ex-wife and discovered a lot of information about me,

‘“I didn’t know you were a drug addict”‘ he says, as if I duped him. “I told you! Maybe if you listened more. And not to mention, so were you!”  At this point I’m yelling.’

‘He remains silent for once. [Then says] “You said you wouldn’t embarrass me”’

Julia wrote: ‘I refuse to let him hear me crying, so I hang up and tell my publicist to inform the press that we are over.

She also claims she lost a ‘million dollar denim deal’ as a result of the split because ‘It’s contingent on you being his girlfriend,’ I’m informed’.’

Fox claims in the book she felt ‘used’ and ‘like a pawn in a grand master plan’ for West to get Kardashian back, writing: ‘That’s a really s****y position to be in.’

This comes after Fox revealed that there ‘wasn’t any sex’ in her relationship with West when they briefly dated early last year.

The star said that it ‘wasn’t about that’ when describing the relationship between the unlikely pair.

Kanye and Julia first stepped out together months after his split from ex-wife Kardashian and made headlines thanks to their daring matching outfits.

Julia opens up about her sexual relationships in the book, however she does not mention Kanye.

In an interview with The New York Times, Julia was asked about these details she included in and how ‘one boyfriend [she doesn’t] describe sex with is Kanye.’

Julia replied: ‘Because there, like, wasn’t any. It wasn’t really about that.’

During their romance, Julia was gifted a Hermès Birkin bag by the Yeezy designer, and she told the interviewer that she has kept hold of it after their split.

West began dating Kardashian in 2012. The pair tied the knot in 2014 and share four children together: daughters North, 10, and Chicago, five, and sons Psalm, four and Saint, seven.

Kim filed for divorce from West in 2021, citing irreconcilable differences and initially agreeing to joint custody prior to a breakdown in 2022 that saw the former couple clash over their children.
