Jason Kelce and his wife Kylie Kelce are rom-com fans!

On the latest episode of New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce, which aired Wednesday, May 29, the former Philadelphia Eagles center opened up about his and his wife’s favorite choice when it comes to romantic-comedy films.

Referring to Adam Sandler, Jason, 36, told his brother and co-host Travis Kelce, “He’s got so many f—ing good movies.”

“So many good ones, dude,” agreed the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 34, before Jason mentioned Sandler’s 2004 movie with Drew Barrymore, the rom-com 50 First Dates.

“I love that movie. It’s cool,” the latter said. “That’s Kylie and I’s favorite rom-com, with Drew Barrymore action.”

After going down memory lane and reminiscing about Sandler’s movie characters, Jason went on to ask his sibling which of the 57-year-old actor and comedian’s characters he is most like.

“It’s tough. … [The Waterboy‘s] Bobby Boucher is, I feel like, your character, but it’s either Bobby Boucher or [Robbie Hart from] The Wedding Singer,” said Travis.

“I was gonna go Wedding Singer maybe for you, but I’ll take Wedding Singer,” Jason said of the 1998 rom-com also costarring Barrymore, 49.

Jason and Travis had been discussing Sandler’s movie characters on the podcast after Travis read out a fan’s prediction that he would be in the cast of Happy Gilmore 2 , the upcoming sequel to the 1996 golf comedy that starred Sandler.

“I didn’t even know there was a job opening for Happy Gilmore 2 but if there is, I’ll be a f—ing extra,” said Travis. “Anything to get around Happy Gilmore or an Adam Sandler film or set, count me in.”

Jason and Kylie have been married since 2018, after first meeting on Tinder. The pair share daughters Wyatt, 4,  Elliotte, 3, and Bennett, 15 months.

The father of three’s comments come after he revealed last month on the podcast that he bought his wife a sword for their sixth wedding anniversary.

“We got the sword. Kylie loves it,” Jason said, after his brother had previously suggested the present due to the year’s traditional wedding gift being made out of iron.

Meanwhile, Travis has been romantically linked to music superstar Taylor Swift, after she was first spotted attending one of his games in September 2023.
