Page Six reports that the duo selected Rosalita House on Harbour Island for their secluded holiday, an accommodation choice previously made by American socialite and media personality Kylie Jenner back in 2020.
Situated on a hillside and shielded by a 25-foot high dune, Rosalita House is a sumptuous beachfront estate celebrated for its opulence and breathtaking features.
Capable of accommodating 12 guests, this villa is outfitted with six bedrooms, an effervescent swimming pool, several decks, lavish gardens, and a fully equipped gym with the latest fitness equipment, among its many premium amenities.
The estate’s interior design is inspired by the seaside, presenting luxury lounging spaces with views of the sea.
Every bedroom is equipped with en-suite bathrooms, deluxe bedding, and offers stunning vistas from either private balconies or entrances.
Moreover, the villa provides direct entry to a hidden beach, where guests can indulge in an array of water activities for an exhilarating or serene day under the sun.
Yahoo! Entertainment has reported that the villa’s personnel comprises a personal chef and assistant chef, a villa manager, three butlers, three maids, three landscapers, and a night-time security officer.

As per the estate’s official web page, visitors staying at Rosalita House are treated to a light buffet breakfast and have the choice of enjoying a formal dinner nightly, preceded by cocktails.
Guest meals, crafted with products from the villa’s vegetable garden and using professional-grade kitchen appliances, are served in either indoor or outdoor dining areas, according to guests’ preferences.
At 35, Kelce (in red jersey with number 87) has become a prominent figure for the Kansas City Chiefs, shattering numerous NFL records throughout his career.
Before becoming romantically involved with Swift, he had a five-year relationship with model Kayla Nicole, which ended in May 2022.
