Some tweets need to stay hidden from the public, and Patrick Mahomes apparently did just that. The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback recently deleted a few tweets regarding controversial figure Sean Combs, aka P Diddy.
The rapper has been under fire since the world heard the news about his affiliation with human trafficking. It came as a surprise to many because Diddy has been one of the most prominent composers for more than 25 years.
After his bad deeds surfaced on social media, people who once admired the 54-year-old are trying to distance themselves. One of them is Patrick Mahomes, who, as per Dov Kleiman, deleted a couple of tweets from 10 years ago (2014).
Kleiman shared screenshots of the two tweets. One of them included a happy birthday message addressed to Diddy.
Happy birthday, P Diddy! #fam.
Perhaps it’s out of respect for his morals that Mahomes erased the posts. But X (formerly Twitter) pointed out that the three-time Super Bowl winner deleting 10-year-old tweets ‘is sketchy.’
Mahomes, in 2014, became the backup quarterback in his freshman year at Texas Tech in college football. Moreover, he was also a relief pitcher for the university’s baseball team.
Moving forward to 2024, Diddy is going through legal trouble for alleged sex trafficking, per Marca. Recently, Homeland Security raided his Los Angeles house, sparking even more attention.

Aside from deleting P Diddy’s post Patrick Mahomes imparted his best wishes for the new MLB season
Why Mahomes deleted tweets on Diddy is anyone’s guess, but it’s easy to surmise how he felt when he wrote his best wishes for the Kansas City Royals. The new Major League Baseball season began on March 28 as the Royals faced off against the Minnesota Twins at home.

Chiefs head coach Andy Reid and owner Clark Hunt were special guests at Kauffman Stadium in Missouri. Reid threw the first pitch of the game, signaling the start of the new season.
Anyone know if Coach Reid threw a strike?
Mahomes took to social media and wrote with several laughing emojis.
Although it appears he missed Coach Reid’s first pitch, Mahomes was keeping an eye on the game. He further shared Maikel Garcia’s home run on the day.
The Royals were looking for a fast start after a disappointing seventh-straight losing season with 56-106 in 2023. However, the Minnesota won 1-4 on the day.
