Miranda Lambert shares shirtless snap of husband Brendan McLoughlin after concert backlash
Miranda Lambert is having a hot girl summer.
The country music star shared a carousel of photos on Instagram Thursday and included a sweet selfie of her and her husband, Brendan McLoughlin, smiling on a boat.
“Summer so far ☀️👙🍹🌊😎,” Lambert captioned the Instagram post.
Within the carousel, however, was a smoldering photo of shirtless McLoughlin showing off his bronzed and chiseled abs.
Fans flooded the comments section applauding the singer and complimenting her on McLoughlin’s looks.
“Miranda’s a lucky girl! He’s definitely a fine male athletic specimen, lol,” noted one, while another wrote, “One thing about it Miranda… Girl, you UPGRADED with your new guy.. Good for YOU!! 👏👏❤️,” referencing Lambert’s previous husband, Blake Shelton.
“I may have zoomed on the Brandon [sic] pics 😂,” commented another fan.

Lambert, 39, hasn’t been shy in sharing thirst trap photos of her husband, who is a retired New York City cop.
Earlier this year, she posted a series of photos in celebration of the couple’s anniversary.
“Celebrating 4 years married today with my main squeeze @brendanjmcloughlin 💍💕 Happy anniversary babe! You are the best,” she captioned the carousel post.

“(Y’all are welcome for the last two pics) 😍🤠,” Lambert added, referencing the two shirtless photos of her husband.
Last month, the Grammy winner made headlines for scolding fans who took selfies during one of her Las Vegas residency concerts.
Lambert was just a few bars into her emotional song “Tin Man” when she spotted a group of women taking a selfie.

“It’s pissing me off a little bit,” continued the songstress. “Sorry, I don’t like it. At all. We’re here to hear some country music tonight. I’m singing some country damn music.”

Reaction to the outburst was mixed with some fans criticizing the singer labeling her “rude” and some applauding the move.
Even rapper LL Cool J waded into the discussion, dragging Lambert for her reaction.
“Miranda, get over it, baby,” LL, said during an interview with “Mercedes in the Morning” podcast, when asked if he would stop a show if a fan took a selfie.
“They’re fans. Let me tell you something about art — and I say this with love,” the hip-hop legend added. “So, your job as an artist is to create art. The way people choose to interact with that art or engage in it and appreciate it is up to them.”
