Jeopardy! Masters season 3 has come to its thrilling conclusion, and fans are already looking forward to season 4. Jeopardy! Masters season 3 expanded from six contestants to nine, featuring the finalists from the three most prestigious Jeopardy! tournaments of 2025 and one legend of the game. They included the 2025 Jeopardy! Invitational Tournament winner Matt Amodio and runners-up Roger Craig and Juveria Zaheer; the 2025 Jeopardy! Tournament of Champions winner Neilesh Vinjamuri and runners-up Adriana Harmeyer and Isaac Hirsch; and the 2024 Jeopardy! Masters season 2 winner Victoria Groce and runner-up Yogesh Raut.
Because Jeopardy! Masters season 2 third-place finisher James Holzhauer declined his invitation, Brad Rutter, who’s the all-time highest-money winner in Jeopardy! history, took his place. The Jeopardy! Masters season 3 competition was fierce, and ended with Yogesh winning and earning the $500,000 grand prize, $100,000 for his favorite charity, and the coveted Alex Trebek trophy. The Top 3 Jeopardy! Masters Season 3 Finalists Have Already Earned Their Invitations
Although Jeopardy! Masters season 4 has not been officially announced by ABC, Yogesh, Juveria, and Victoria have all earned their invitations if it does come back in 2026. It’s not yet known how many contestants will play in season 4, but the expansion from six to nine players seemed to work well in season 3.
Jeopardy! Masters season 1 featured six contestants, including James Holzhauer, Mattea Roach, Matt Amodio, Andrew He, Amy Schneider, and Sam Buttrey. James won, with Mattea placing second, and Matt placing third. They all returned for season 2, along with Amy, Yogesh, and Victoria, during which Victoria won, and Yogesh placed second. It’ll be exciting to see if Victoria can take her crown back from Yogesh in season 4.

Ken Jennings Will Most Likely Return As Host
After beloved Jeopardy! host Alex Trebek passed away in 2020, Ken was named the official host of Jeopardy! in 2023, after several other celebrities, including Mayim Bialik, hosted the show in order to find Alex’s replacement. In 2004, Ken won 74 Jeopardy! games in a row, and his record has not yet been broken. He’s competed in many Jeopardy! tournaments over the years, including the 2020 Jeopardy! Greatest of All Time tournament, which he won versus Brad and James.
Since being named the official host of Jeopardy! in 2023, Ken has also hosted all of the tournaments, as well as Celebrity Jeopardy!. It would be a shock if he didn’t host Jeopardy! Masters season 4, so fans should expect that he’ll be back in 2026 to host the tournament.

Yogesh, Victoria, & Juveria Will Be Invited Back
Jeopardy! Masters season 4 will invite back season 3 winner Yogesh, runner-up Juveria, and third-place finisher Victoria, but it remains to be seen if they’ll accept their invitations. James stunned everyone when he decided not to compete in season 3, so it’ll be interesting to see if all three of them decide to return for season 4. Victoria and Yogesh have each won a season now, so a rematch between them would be especially fun to watch.
If Jeopardy! Masters season 4 continues to include nine contestants, it can be assumed that the tournament will once again include the Top 3 finishers from the 2026 Jeopardy! Invitational Tournament and the Tournament of Champions, in addition to the Top 3 Jeopardy! Masters season 3 finalists. It’ll be exciting to see who those contestants turn out to be, and if the newest competitors from the Tournament of Champions give the veterans a run for their money.
Jeopardy! Masters is one of the most elite tournaments in the franchise, and it’s always a joy to watch. It’s so exciting to see the best of the best players battle it out in an extraordinary competition. Jeopardy! Masters season 3 had so many jaw-dropping moments, from gutsy true Daily Doubles to close Final Jeopardy! rounds that had viewers on the edges of their seats. Jeopardy! Masters season 4 will be one of the most anticipated television events of 2026.
