Fox News’ Greg Gutfeld, 60, unveils his pre-show regime – and he does it all topless
Greg Gutfeld has revealed how he prepares to host his shows on Fox News in a playful behind-the-scenes video.

The Fox News icon took part in a humorous video, which was shared on X (formerly Twitter) with the caption “A MESSAGE FROM @greggutfeld BEFORE THE FIVE,” as he geared up to host Wednesday’s episode of The Five. Greg, who welcomed his first child with his wife Elena Moussa, 42, last year, was sat looking comfortable on a couch.
“Hey there. How are you? just sitting here listening to my favorite president, Donald Trump, talk about clean coal,” Greg said, speaking to the camera.
He continued: “That’s my nickname in college. Clean Coal. Yep, the toilet was always perfect. I don’t know what that means … anyway.”
Greg then got into how he prepares for a show, explaining: ” I’m just relaxing before the show starts, I do my little routine, some silent meditation, some deep breathing, some stretching.”
While this all seemed like a pretty normal pre-show regime, Greg admitted, “Usually, I do it shirtless, but it’s a little cold today, and I don’t want my nipples to pierce my T-shirt.”
Greg rounded off the video saying: “So that’s about it for now. It was really good talking to you. I hope we do this again soon. Give my best to the family, and the kids. Hope Aunt Edna’s doing well.
“She’s an old stallion that Aunt Edna,” the Gutfeld! host quipped before quietly murmuring “that jerk” to himself.

“Alright now go away!” Greg playfully exclaimed as the person behind the camera burst out laughing.
The replies were full of fans expressing their amusement at the video, like user @ScottNC, who penned: “Love Greg!!! The show would be nothing without him!”
