The clip, shared on Instagram by the NBC Olympics Saturday, began with a shot of an illuminated Eiffel Tower in Paris as a live version of the “Bad Blood” singer’s 2017 hit began playing.
Several Olympians — including Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James — then started talking about how much being an athlete and making it to the Olympics meant to them.
Halfway through the video, Swift, 34, sang, “Are you ready for it? / Baby, let the games begin / Let the games begin / Let the games begin.”

Last month, the Grammy winner offered her support to Biles, 27, after the four-time gold medalist used “…Ready For It?” for the start of her floor routine during the second day of the 2024 US Olympic Gymnastics Trials.
“Watched this so many times and still unready. She’s ready for it tho👏👏👏🥇🇺🇸❤,” she tweeted June 29 in response to Biles’ performance, which included the “hardest tumbling pass in the world,” according to the video’s commenter.
Biles ended her routine, which helped her finish in first place during the first half of the women’s qualifying, with Travis Scott and Beyoncé’s collaboration, “Delresto (Echoes).”
