Brad Pitt is now feeling “happier than ever” after officially ending his reportedly “tumultuous” relationship with ex-wife Angelina Jolie.
Just weeks after finalizing his divorce from the Oscar-winning actress, 49, Brad Pitt, 61, is said to feel “relieved that it’s over.”
“A weight has been lifted,” a source told Us Weekly about the Bullet Train star’s feelings after ending his eight-year legal battle with Jolie.
“Brad Pitt wants to get his life back on track and put everything behind him,” the source added.

For now, he remains optimistic about improving his relationship with their six children: Maddox (23 years old), Pax (21 years old), Zahara (20 years old), Shiloh (18 years old) and twins Knox and Vivienne (16 years old).
In addition, Brad has found joy in his relationship with jewelry business director Ines de Ramon (35 years old) – who another source said was “the catalyst that helped Brad finally reconcile with Jolie” and move forward.
According to those close to him, the relationship has brought Brad a sense of “peace and tranquility.”
Over the past two years, he has relied on de Ramon to get through difficult times and she has become his “solid support”.
Ines de Ramon is now Brad Pitt’s strong emotional support.
The couple met shortly after de Ramon divorced her ex-husband Paul Wesley, and both found common ground through their own experiences of divorce.
“She’s made Brad Pitt see things in a new light,” the source revealed. “They’re madly in love and very compatible. Brad has never been happier.”
However, despite being very close, the two still do not put pressure on marriage. “They are serious about each other but are in no rush,” the source said.
Property disputes after divorce
Despite finalizing their divorce in late 2024, Brad and Angelina are still in a bitter dispute over Château Miraval – the French estate and vineyard they once owned together.
Brad, with an estimated net worth of $400 million thanks to film projects, investments and advertising deals, is said to want to keep Miraval for his children.
“They bought Miraval with the intention of keeping it in the family and letting their children inherit it, creating a stable future,” a source close to Brad revealed.

Meanwhile, Angelina, one of the highest-paid actresses in Hollywood, also has many sources of private wealth.
In 2021, she sold 50% of Miraval’s shares for $64 million.
She also sold the Tower of the Koutoubia Mosque painting – a gift from Brad – for $11.5 million in 2021.

The battle for child custody
Brad and Angelina fought over custody of their six children. As a result, Angelina won primary custody, while Brad was given visitation rights.
However, the relationship between Brad and his children, especially Maddox and Pax, remains strained.
Angelina accused Brad of violence on a private flight before she filed for divorce in 2016.
However, Brad denied it and was cleared by law enforcement after an investigation.
Still, Brad is said to have been “honest with himself” about what happened and is working hard to become a better person.
At this point, Brad Pitt remains optimistic about rebuilding his relationship with his six children.
The tumultuous journey of “Brangelina” has finally come to an end, but the imprint of this relationship is still strong in both their careers and personal lives.
