Fox News host Jesse Watters finalizes divorce with his estranged wife after cheating on her with his 26-year-old assistant producer – who has since left the network
Fox host Jesse Watters has finalized his divorce with his estranged ex-wife following his explosive affair with a 26-year-old junior employee who worked on his show.
Watters, 40, and his ex-wife Noelle Watters, 42, finalized their divorce after 10 years of marriage this week.
Watters admitted to cheating on his wife with associate producer Emma DiGiovine, now 26, who worked on his show Watters World.
The pair were due to appear in court for their first day of divorce trial in Suffolk County, New York on Wednesday but failed to show up.
‘As will happen, the parties called the court this morning and explained that the case settled,’ a court official said to the New York Daily News on their break-up.

The terms of their divorce settlement are confidential, however Noelle did demand Jesse pay for her legal fees last October, but it’s not clear if a judge approved that request.
Watters and Noelle met on the job at Fox and married in 2009. They share seven-year-old twin daughters.
He was working for Bill O’Reilly’s show at the time and she worked for the advertising and promotions department and was the host of a web show called iMag Style.
After she went on maternity leave she never returned to the network.

After Watters started dating DiGiovine, he reported the consensual relationship to Fox and she was moved to The Ingraham Angle, another show on the network. The two continued to date after her job shift.
‘Within 24 hours of Jesse Watters voluntarily reporting to the Chief of Human Resources in November 2017 that he was in a consensual relationship with a woman on his staff, management met with both parties and a decision was made for the woman to be transferred to work on another program on the network where she currently remains,’ a Fox News spokeswoman told the Daily News previously.
According to Fox, DeGiovine left the network in spring 2018.
After Fox was notified of the affair, Noelle filed for divorce in October 2017. News of the couple’s split was not made public until March 2018.
He kept his relationship with Emma DiGiovine, who was subsequently moved to The Ingraham Angle, another show on the network, before finally leaving Fox in spring of 2018
