🚨 Mike Tyson explains exactly why he pulled out of Jake Paul boxing fight
Mike Tyson’s diet has been a factor in his health problems, which recently caused the postponement of his match against Jake Paul.
The 58 year-old boxing legend was set to face ‘The Problem Child’ in July but the bout was pushed back to November due to Mike’s ulcer-flare up.
He was advised by his doctor to halt training, but he is now back in the gym and has assured fans he’ll be ready to take on the 27-year-old next month.
In a recent interview with Mail Online, ‘Iron Mike’ revealed he’s now ‘ulcer-free’, blaming his previous health issues on his diet. “I was doing too much bad food and stuff, and I got sick,” he admitted.
Tyson says he’s now steering clear of ‘processed foods’ and is ‘eating clean’ in preparation for his showdown with the young American.
When asked about legacy, Tyson dismissed the notion.
He replied: “I didn’t take this fight for legacy,” adding, “I think legacy really, to my perspective, legacy is ego.”
“Who gives a f*** how people think about them when they are gone?
“I’m dead, I can’t value off what somebody might think about me when I’m dead, so it means nothing to me.
